What is Hill Country Cuisine?

          It is my opinion that the Texas Hill Country is as much a way of life as a geographical location. It is the people and the surroundings, the serenity and ease of pace. It is the natural beauty in our rough terrain, the wonderful cold springs and rivers, and vista’s that seem to go on forever. 

I have developed a menu that mimics that way of life. Our menu is not complicated, sometimes referred to as comfort food. At Calleynte Catering we use only quality ingredients, along with caring preparation, resulting in great tasting food. The same way you would do it if you had the time. We all get caught up in our “race of life”, taking care of everyone and everything for everybody. Your race is over when you get to Wimberley. STOP, RELAX and let us do the cooking for you, so you can enjoy all the Hill Country has to offer.
